All Exhibits (with the exception of Class 79) shall be staged on continuous tabling, 73cm from the floor, with a base of white material and a background of pale grey fabric.

70-HANGING BY A THREAD. An exhibit. Space allowed - 90cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height.

71-A TASTE OF THE WEST. An exhibit. Space allowed - 90cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height.

72-AS YOU LIKE IT. An exhibit of fresh plant material in a container of own choice. Space allowed - 60cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height. Not open to anyone who has won a First Prize in this or any other Class in Floral Art.

73-BEACH COMBER. A Petite exhibit of fresh plant material in a container of own choice. Must not exceed 25cm in width and depth. Height must be in proportion.

74-NOW AND THEN. A Period exhibit depicting a specific period of Floral Art. Space allowed - 90cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height.

75-ANYTHING GOES. An exhibit in a container of own choice. Space allowed - 60cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height.

76-THE WAY AHEAD. A Contemporary exhibit. Space allowed - 60cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height.

77-BRANCHING OUT. An exhibit featuring foliage and/or grasses only, and incorporating a piece, or pieces, of driftwood. Space allowed - 60cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height

78-THIS AND THAT TOGETHER. An exhibit of natural plant material using only 3 blooms in a container of own choice. Space allowed - 60cm width by 55cm depth by 90cm height.

79-ROMEO AND JULIET. An exhibit staged on a 1m width by 1 m depth white base. Base will be provided. Maximum height allowed 170cm. Staged against a dark blue fabric background, To be viewed and judged from the front.

 

Note-                        All Exhibits will be judged in accordance with NAFAS Competitions Manual (3rd Edition)                          2015. An exhibit is plant material with or without accessories. No artificial plant material may                    be used unless otherwise stated. All exhibits must be staged within the space provided by                         the show unless otherwise stated. Flowers need not be grown by exhibitor. Driftwood is a                     dried plant material. Interpretation of title, artistic and practical merit shall be taken into                              consideration by the judge.

 

                                Exhibits can be prepared outwith show venue.

 

Class 72- An Exhibitor in this class is considered an individual member. This Class is not open to

                                Affiliated Groups.
